my Response---------------------------------------------------------------

My issue is not in the least solved and I've given up on using your product. Please understand I only want to protect my computer. I wasn't looking for computer technician classes. I've logged in over 15 hours, well over in fact, trying to get Norton to work properly. The fact is that Norton is perhaps the most well known Internet Security Company in the world. But I regret to say I'd never recommend it to my worst enemy. I've never heard of having to install and uninstall, running a uninstall tool, changing my registry, rebooting, and so on all just to get some crappy software to run properly.
Now it looks as if I have to jump through more hoops to get a damn refund. I live in Japan, bought it online. Now why can't I just have my credit card refunded?
I wish someone at Norton could make my life easy for once.

Sincerely,

Richard Dueber
